As you may be aware we offer the services on site of a before and after school club. This club is now managed by the school and is called The Tree House at Tarporley. The club is open to all children from reception to Year 6.
The Tree House is open for breakfast club at 7.45am until school starts at 8.45am and then the after school club starts at 3pm until 6pm. Breakfast is offered to all children and snacks including toasties, sandwiches, cake and fruit are offered every afternoon.
We have 5 members of staff at the Tree house who hold qualifications in playwork, first aid and food hygiene and are all CRB checked. The staff concentrate on making sure the children have a variety of activities and toys to keep them occupied whilst keeping them safe and happy.
The club is run to help parents who work and need extra help with childcare. We don't expect parents to always know what their work pattern will be, so we can accommodate shift work and also parents who may need the club for occasional use. Some children come to us once a month whilst others more frequently.
Fees for the club are £3.50 for breakfast club and £9 for after school club. This can be paid by cash, cheque or child care vouchers.
