The children's learning in numeracy this term has focused on ordering 3 digit numbers and place value. They will use these skills to help them develop their addition and subtraction facts. We will also investigate 2d and 3d shape, position and direction. We aim to make the children's learning as much fun as possible and to use the school environment to help develop these concepts.
Literacy - In literacy this term the children have been looking at a range of Greek myths. We have designed and written about our own mythical creatures and settings. We have written play scripts and conducted breakfast time interviews with Greek heroes which we enjoyed videoing and rewatching.

In April we will be attending our first two night residential at Beeston Education Centre. We are awaiting this with anticipation after hearing great comments.
