We've had a busy term so far and we've learnt alot. It's even been a bit of fun.
We got off to a flying start with an investigation into what paper makes the best paper aeroplane.
In one of our topics, we have learnt about seaside holidays from the past. People didn't travel as far as we do on holidays and they would watch Punch and Judy shows for entertainment. The show used puppets to act out the story. We have decided to make our own puppets and will make a puppet show of our own.
We have also been learning about Remembrance Day and why it is important to remember all the men and women, who have fought so bravely in all conflicts and wars since and including World War One.
The poppy is worn to show that we are remembering those people and it raises lots of money to help the injured and help the families who have lost someone during times of war.
